Amanda is as close to being a saint as a realtor can get. She works phenomenally hard, regardless of the buyer's pre-approval amount. Very flexible regarding availability for showing. My eventual house was listed on realtor.com, and within 1 minute I found it... I immediately called Amanda, and within half an hour we were looking at the house. We put in an offer in that day. She kept on me regarding things that I needed to do, and informed me of all the ongoing processes. She's absolutely amazing, and you would be lucky to have her.
